An international transportation/logistics company is looking for:

Position: HR Manager

Location: Atyrau, 5/2

Required Experience: 10 Years in Similar Scopes with 5 years’ experience in Senior/Managerial positions

University Graduate

Skills Competencies Required: Good knowledge of the RoK Legislation, Documentation and HSE. Good knowledge of the English language (able to speak write and read: Upper Intermediate or Advanced level preferred)

Primary Function: The HR Manager will be responsible for a full spectrum of HR Operational tasks including Recruitment, Performance Management, Payroll, Employee Relations as well HR strategy and policy development in each functional area of business unit.

Reporting: Reporting to General Director

Responsibilities:

• Enhance and develop the capability of HR team members.

• Provide coaching, feedback, and support to HR team in order to meet the business objectives of the Operating Unit and ensure adequate customer/project focus.

• Ensure HR team is aligned to the Operating Unit’s business and commercial objectives.

• Develop excellent operational insight into the business and develop pro-active HR strategies to support the Operating Unit.

• Lead and manage HR team for the Operating Unit. This will include resource forecasting, case management of complex employee relations issues, overseeing the team to deliver on successful operation support services, redundancies, resolution of employee relations issues and performance management. Ensure effective communication is maintained between various departments and actively participate in Change Management.

• Manage the capability, delivery and development of the HR team for the Kazakhstan Operations.

• Participate in and contribute to the development of people related strategies in the business.

• Conduct Succession Planning and identification of High Potential employees to ensure relevant talent pipelining internally and to meet project and business people planning needs.

• Participate in driving internal audits on procedure and process within HR to ensure a balance of assurance and business effectiveness. Support the company in liaising with Local Authorities and Clients during Audit Trials and ensure appropriate reports and documentation are available as and when requested.

• Review and continuously monitor employment Contracts and ensure the contracts adhere to ROK Legislation.

• Review and update HR Policies and Procedures on a regular basis and monitor company HR policy compliance adhering to the Labor laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

• Provide and monitor reports on HSE incidents on a monthly basis.

• Interface with department management on mobilization, payroll and welfare support

• Forge strong and effective business relationships with in-country Leadership Team and functional management.
