Обязанности:
  • 1. Administrator of CRM SalesForce, monitoring of users performance, activity within CRM and reporting activity of sales executives. Providing training for users on updates and additions.

    –2. Monthly reporting of sales indicators of the entire sales team (commercial offers, meetings, contracts).

    –3. Quarterly calculation of bonuses for the sales team and interaction within the accounting department. Forming a bonus procedure for the provision of payment of bonuses and forming a sales plan with targets for each employee together with N+1.

    –4. Provision and preparation of a regional report ( BL opportunities) on a monthly basis.

    –5. Appointed person for the regional business wins reporting, interaction with the head office for the publication of large business wins in SalesPulse after request from N + 1. Writing a content by business wins and references.

    –6. Preparation of presentations, brochures in a new format jointly with the responsible persons from the operational departments at the request of the manager (N + 1).

    –6. Interaction with associations CCIFK, EUROBAK, AMCHAM monitoring of activities, support and participation in events, conferences.

    –7. Participation in exhibitions, preparation of handouts.

    –8. Support in organization of internal and external events.

Требования:
  • university degree, preferably technical and/or logistics.
  • 2+ years experience in sales support and/or technical department
Условия:
  • Candidate has to be Almaty resident
