Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and co-ordinates the admin services for specialized business functions for all visiting employees, CMI nationals, expats and their families
  • Plan and co-ordinate all contracts and supervision of contractors related to Astana Office
  • Plan and co-ordinate all lease agreements (office) of Astana Office
  • Plan and co-ordinate all activities and services required to maintain and operate Astana office including support for the Public Affairs programs
  • Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with the relevant employees of the RoK Government, Ministries, State Agencies and National Oil Company, as well as Industry business partners based in Astana.
  • Co-ordinate all aspects of expat employee travel, passport, visa support


  • Ability to multi task and work under time pressures
  • Activities are varied and require integration of data from a variety of sources
  • Provides a broad range of routine administration services, requiring coordination of people and processes
  • Interprets and completes basic analysis of data and prepares reports
  • Provides a range of support to multiple customers


  • Job requires effective administrative, communication, planning and organizational and teamwork skills
  • Requires knowledge and understanding of specific business areas policies and processes
  • MS Office - Advanced knowledge / use
  • Fluency in Kazakh, Russian and English languages
  • Good analytical and negotiation skills
