Responsibilities:

  • Carry out periodical audits to ensure stock takes are conducted accurately
  • Responsible to control and monitor total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
  • Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes, etc.
  • Perform technical and commercial review of subcontractor’s quotations for the preparation of Service agreements
  • Perform costing related reporting to the team and management’s review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the budget.
  • Participate in management accounting tasks (overhead variance analysis, costing corrections etc.).
  • Production and interpretation of timely and accurate financial results, budgets, forecasts and etc.
  • Assists in the overall financial management of the company and contributes to the development of the management information systems.
  • Contribute to the achievement of strict financial controls in all areas.
  • Update skills, knowledge and qualifications and state required licenses to maintain a high level of competence.
  • Control (take responsibility after) and preservation of materials and tools issued for the performance of work duties.
  • Support Department manager with annual CAPEX / OPEX forecasting for both Client and Company
  • Draft Request for Work document as requested by Department management and maintain records of all RFW’s associated with Department
  • Coordinates and tracks all action items resulting from Client Audits, Internal Audits, customer feedback etc relating to all department activities
  • Analyze Department produced reports, suggest efficiencies and provide results to appropriate department managers
  • Track, analyse and report KPI’s for department
  • Perform analysis on assets, capex and tools and provide justification for replacement or renewal
  • Communicate with client and address contractual issues and negotiate revisions when required
  • Monitor monthly warehouse stock value and implement efficient methods of stock management and control
  • Analyse consumption data and implement min/max levels for stock requirements
  • Prepare project proposals
  • Negotiate with third party contractors
Requirements:
  • ??Finance / economic higher education.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access Database, PowerPoint, Visio, CAD, MS Project, and DataStream 7i applications
  • At least 4 year experience in relevant position
  • Excellent oral and written knowledge in English, Russian and Kazakh skills
  • Preferably has previous work experience in Computer Maintenance Management Systems
