Job Purpose: To support the Capability Development department in daily activities by developing IT tools this will streamline and automate the processes and documents.
Job Accountabilities:
- Provides technical and strategical support to Talent Coordinator’s
- Drives the implementation/achievement and overall maintenance of the Talent Management Processes
- Implementation & facilitation of different online tools, spreadsheets, PowerPoint slides to improve current workflow and documents
- To create and maintain a CV database of graduates & internships.
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
- College or bachelor degree in technologies
- Knowledge in technical area /IT area is preferable
- 3 years experience in international companies is preferable
- Experienced to work across multiple stakeholder groups/cultures and build sustain credibility.
- Experience to operate in a very demanding operational environment where (s)he will be required to operate many projects and tasks at the same time.

- Optimistic yet realistic; Upbeat attitude; Ability to work in the fast-paced, growing environment
- Consultative adviser and problem solver with superior discretion and professionalism
- Coaching skills and strong personal influence style
- Effective communicator and facilitator – strong communication skills
- Experience with large, company-wide program and process implementation
- Demonstrated ability to build constructive, collaborative business relationships across cultures and organization levels
- Ability to work without supervision, prioritize own work commitments and organizes and direct the work of others to ensure quality service delivery.
- Able to use IT packages such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent command of English (written/spoken), Kazakh is an advantage
