Job description

  • Identifying the needs in drilling equipment for geological exploration and blasting works for every potential customer in accordance with the equipment.
  • Achieve or exceed the annual sales targets;
  • Realize, directly or in cooperation with others the whole sales cycle necessary to obtain the orders or purchase contract;
  • Increase the market share in the assigned region;
  • Establish, develop and maintain relationship with customers;
  • Consult with the direct manager proposal details as pricing, type of product, parts and service, warranty;
  • Consult with Regional Business Lines Manager individual customer needs to propose the best solution;
  • Monitor the market and competition - gather, evaluate and analyze information about the market;
  • Share information about new potential business with management;


  • A highly motivated person with good knowledge of the construction and mining market;
  • Strong sales orientation and ability to effectively communicate with customers;
  • Sales work experiense not less than 3 years;
  • Ready to travel nationally and internationally on a regular basis;
  • University degree or similar, technical or sales oriented;
  • Excellent command of Russian language and solid written and spoken English is a must;
  • Good computer skills;
