Position in Tengiz on temporary base with rotation 28/28, 520 000 KZT per rotation


  • Formation of Manifest lists report and 100% correctness of its filling.
  • Compliance with the requirements for the Crew change procedure (the principle of 1 to 1, the presence of a PCR (Polymerase chain reaction) test, confirmation of arrival, etc.).
  • Updating data for each Manifest report.
  • Compliance with the schedule in Manifest.
  • Posting a Manifest in Portal to obtain confirmation of entry to Tengiz field.
  • Daily reporting to Birlik Village.
  • Performing continuous monitoring of Crew change operations
  • Monitors the pick-up/drop-off of passengers in all directions.
  • Monitors the presence of PCR (Polymerase chain reaction) during boarding.
  • Confirms the presence of PCR (Polymerase chain reaction) (departure / arrival).
  • Supervise clearance of permits from the EMT team, PCR group (Polymerase chain reaction) Coordinators, and any other Medical Team.
  • Constantly monitors the availability of transportation.
  • Performing of individual tasks assigned by Line Supervisor/Manager.
  • Maintaining a crew change operational records to prepare a daily report.
  • Instruct about train or bus travel procedures, assist with non-standard situations or questions that arise.
  • Make sure that all employees who are on the bus passenger list have boarded the bus and provide a no show report to the KCCH dispatcher.
  • Communicate with Kulsary dispatcher on bus departure times and ETA to Kulsary.
  • Maintain liaison with KCCH dispatcher/coordinator.
  • Work together with Transport team, FGP staff, functional departments and key stakeholders to better manage contractor operational performance in relation their relevant Scopes of Work (SOW).
  • To make requests, to advise, guide and monitor the responsible persons (ADM.assistants, Technical coordinators, etc.) to achieve the best methods and necessary results.
  • Be responsible for ensuring that all expected results meet the terms and conditions of the contract, as well as the expectations and requirements of the customer.
  • Participate in planning and review sessions.
  • Participate in online meetings with management or the customer, as well as conduct them with responsible persons (Adm.assistants, technical coordinators, etc.) if necessary.
  • Prepare reports and provide information in accordance with the requirements.
  • Promptly take corrective actions to address any faults and report as required to management.
  • Assist with incident investigations to determine the root cause and take action accordingly.
  • Competence and knowledge of client's procedures and expectations.
  • Other tasks as directed.


  • High Education.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access Database, Power Point and Visio applications
  • Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions at a high professional standard
  • Excellent oral and written knowledge in English, Russian and Kazakh.
  • Excellent communication skills at all level of organization
