Position in Tengiz on temporary base with rotation 28/28, 590 000 KZT per rotation

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare scope of work for repairs;
  • Prepare working requests, coordination of works
  • Operation and Safety Regulations for electrical installations of the RoK;
  • Fire Safety Regulations of the RoK
  • Formulate the work group’s plan of actions according to set priorities
  • Extract the necessary information and determine the possible root causes of a problem
  • Make balanced decisions based on assessment of situation and considering the consequences
  • Use feedback for improvement of performance
  • Facilitate teamwork by setting an example (behavior, communication)
  • Facilitate and lead safety/toolbox meetings
  • Work with Maintenance contractor representatives to ensure all facilities are maintained and cleaned to standards contractually agreed with contractor.
  • Contribute to the systematic management of Safety, environmental, reliability and efficiency which is in support of the Operational Excellence strategy and support the IIF Culture
  • Develops strong culture that embodies High Performance Behaviors
  • Work together with SCM team, Project Managers and staff to better manage contractor performance in relation to accountability and controlling Accommodation
  • Monitors for rational use of materials and furniture and other resources by contractors personnel.
  • Timely informing immediate supervisor regarding potential and identified risks for the company business
  • Material damage (loss) caused to the company by his/her activities (in-activities) related to performing the job functions
  • Working with accommodation and catering teams, checking that housing requests are being submitted in a timely fashion, ensuring that services group have control over room allocations
  • Attending meetings with accommodation and catering providers and record.
  • Support with facility audits to monitor service quality, including spot checks, recording discrepancies & shortfalls for the attention of camp management so immediate action can be taken.
  • Assist with onboarding new team members, including internal training to maintain continuity of reporting and understanding the process and procedures within the department.
  • Approving short term visitor access in VAMS.
  • Working with contractors to resolve issues and complaints.
  • Camp movements and locker process and lost luggage handling
  • Business Trip correspondence with Travel & Hotel Bookings
  • Container tracking process and PSSR of new containers.
  • Inventory of storage & issue of services equipment, working with warehouse team for issuance of FMR.
  • Updating camp maps, evacuation plans, floor plans etc in accommodation room and public areas.
  • This is not a complete list of basic obligations, which may change and be supplemented depending on the changed situation at the facility, company procedures/policies, scope and working conditions. I agree to any of the above changes and additions to the main responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • High Education.
  • Excellent oral and written knowledge in English, Russian and Kazakh.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access Database, Power Point and Visio applications
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar type of work
  • Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions at a high professional standard
  • Excellent communication skills at all level of organization
